Mary F. Newman, 70, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Monday, June 18, 2018, at home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the United Methodist Church in Benton with Pastor Bruce Bennett officiating. Burial will be in the Primitive Methodist Cemetery in Benton. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. Friends may also call from 9-10:15 a.m. Saturday at the church before the service.
Mary was born on August 2, 1947, in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of William and Birdie Lee (Bell) McCauley. She married Jerry L. Newman on September 16, 1967, at the Primitive Methodist Church in Benton.
Mary loved her grandchildren more than anything. She was all about family and would do anything for anybody. Mary was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Benton.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; a daughter, Robin R. (Timothy) McCaigue, of West Bend, WI; a son, Travis L. (Jodie) Newman, of Odenton, MD; a sister, Dixie L. (Randy "Doc") Paquette, of Shullsburg; a brother, William A. (Kathy) McCauley, of Benton; and five grandchildren, Madi, Riley, Tiernan, Cailyn and Keeley.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gloria.
