Government Benefits

Social Security Administration: At the time of death, the Social Security Administration is notified of death when we file the death certificate through the Wisconsin or Iowa State Vital Records system. Veteran's Administration: At the time of death we will contact the local Veteran's Service officer to get the paperwork needed to obtain a flag, military honors, grave marker and medallion.
